COVID-19 Statement (4th of August 2019)

Dear Customers,

At Elite Office Furniture safety is of utmost importance and we are continually monitoring the status of COVID-19 to ensure the health and safety of our team and our customers alike. We are working hard to ensure that all our business operations and delivery services will be strictly adhering to the specific rules and regulations imposed in each state. 

We have implemented a number of operational changes within our business since March to ensure our front line staff can continue to work remotely to support our customers without compromising the quality of the services we provide. Most of the items purchased on our website will be dispatched within 2-3 business day. You can contact us directly on our website via live chat or simply drop us an email so that we can keep you updated on the status of your delivery. 

As of the 4th of August 2020, we have been updated by all of our wholesale distribution centres that all our warehouses in Victoria will remain open and deliveries will continue. We have taken a number of measures internally to ensure that there is no impact to the delivery experience for our customers. We will continue to review government advice on a daily basis. In the event that any State/Territory imposes further business lock-downs resulting in the restriction of our operations to the point that we are no longer able to fulfil an order, our customers will be entitled to a full refund (provided the product has not been delivered).
